— End-to-End Build Process

Every stage documented. Every component traceable.

From BOM intake to final delivery, each production stage is logged, inspected, and shared. You see exactly what was built and where every part came from.

/ Stage 01 — BOM Intake

We read your BOM. No substitutions.

Every build begins with a line-by-line review of your bill of materials. We source the exact manufacturer part numbers you specified and document each component's origin before a single order is placed.

/ Stage 02 — Source Verification

Authorized distributors only.

Components are procured through authorized distribution channels. Each part is logged with its supplier record and certificate of conformance before entering our facility.

• Stages 03 – 06

Scheduled before the first part ships.

QC Sign-Off and Delivery

Boards are assembled under documented work instructions. Mid-production inspections are logged at each station — solder, placement, and continuity checks recorded in sequence.

A full production timeline is mapped and committed before any parts are ordered. Lead times are stated in writing and updated weekly throughout the build.

Nothing ships without a closed inspection record. Final QC logs accompany each shipment, giving you a traceable record for every unit delivered.
